Health Warning – If you are in any doubt, don’t participate in any of the Activities.

Restrictions

Atlantis Water ParkCertain experiences provided by us are subject to a minimum age, health or other requirements. These details are listed on our website and below, they are also listed in your booking confirmation and at registration. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that the restrictions are met. Once you have confirmed a booking you are not eligible for a refund if you are forced to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Details of restrictions and requirements are below. Please read them carefully.

Atlantis Aqua Park

Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to use Atlantis Aqua Park.

Children 8 to 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 in a ratio of three children to one adult on Atlantis Aqua Park.

Children 12 to 14 years must have an adult over the age of 18 in the vicinity of Atlantis Aqua Park.

There are no height restrictions, but you must fit into our buoyancy aids and wetsuits.

Participants must be under 120kg (18.8 stone).

Lower Limit is 30kg (4.7 stone).

You must be able to walk along the floating pontoons a distance over 250 meters on the water.

Alcohol – If you appear intoxicated you cannot take part in the activity.

Atlantis Aqua ParkUnder 15’s require a parent or guardian’s permission and signature.

Disclaimer consent must be completed to comply with our insurance regulations.

Please wear appropriate footwear .

If you currently have, or have suffered from any medical conditions which might render you unfit for strenuous exercise, you should seek medical advice before participating and provide a doctor's note on the day. For example:

• High Blood Pressure

• Heart Condition

• Suffer from Dizziness

• Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes

• Head injuries

• Asthma

• Pregnancy

• Diabetes

• Epilepsy

• Respiratory and or pulmonary conditions

We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing a cast or brace due to potential old injuries that may compromise their ability to to swim freely.

If you are not in good health you should NOT participate.

Medication

please inform us if you are taking any form of medication. If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate, You will be requested to sign a non standard waiver and should seek medical approval for any such condition prior to participating in strenuous water based activities.

Users with any such conditions must inform and write down such conditions in order that they may be passed onto the emergency services.

Due to the nature of the activity, it’s not suitable for people who are pregnant, unfit or unwell.

Jewellery, belongings and ClothingAtlantis Aqua Park, Chepstow

• All jewellery must be removed prior to taking part

• No footwear can be worn on the Atlantis Aqua Park except wetsuit boots

• Baggy clothing cannot be worn

• No personal items other than clothing is permitted on Atlantis Aqua Park

• Cameras, phones or handheld devices are not allowed on Atlantis Aqua Park

 

The Journey

Please note; you will need to provide an emergency contact at waiver registration upon entry

Please arrive at the site at least an hour before your session, book in at the activity reception (main building). Access to the session will close 30 minutes before the booked start time.

Present your signed disclaimer to reception and receive your wrist band and time slot for your activity

Whilst making your way over the car park please be mindful of traffic and other members of the public to collect your buoyancy aide & wet suit. Try it on to make sure it fits correctly (changing area onsite)

Once you're happy with the equipment please read the safety boards and maps for up to date information specific to the Aqua Park, Your kit will be checked to ensure it fits correctly.  Please be ready to go at least 30 minutes before the start of your session

You will need to wear footwear on the way to the start point water area, but not on the Atlantis Aqua Park itself.

If you miss the brief at the start of the session you will not be permitted to take part. We will endeavour to fit you on the next available slot that day, but be aware that spaces may not be available. If we are unable to accommodate you in another session you will lose your booking. No refunds will be issued if you miss your session. The briefing takes place at the advertised start time of your session.

General Terms and Conditions of BusinessAtlantis Aqua Park

The National Diving & Activity Centre Limited (NDAC Ltd) is the supplier of the activity that appears on this website. When you purchase an activity or book with a voucher from The National Diving & Activity Centre Ltd (NDAC Ltd) or with a voucher provided by an external provider you become legally bound by these terms and conditions specific to that said agreement. Please do not proceed and book on an activity or complete a booking until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in the first instance. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of "Atlantis Aqua Park” they will be known as the "Activities" this will also include any ancillary products that are associated to NDAC’s Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) of business.

These booking T&C’s contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions. At no point shall any variation to these Booking T&C’s be binding unless agreed in advance in the form of a Specific Event Agreement (SEA) in writing by NDAC Ltd. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other associated documentation issued by NDAC Ltd (including any electronic documentation, emails, printed literature or SMS Text) shall also be subject to correction without any liability on the part of NDAC Ltd. NDAC Ltd will always reserve the right to make changes to the Activities, whether to conform to any applicable safety or other statutory industry requirements or otherwise at short notice. NDAC will also conform to all regulations and standard amendments (best practice) from other industry members.

No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by NDAC Ltd (which shall include our email confirmation of booking if booked via our on line booking system). These Booking T&C’s incorporate our Privacy Policy, and assumption of Risk and Release of Claims and Rules of Participation. You and each member of your party will be required to sign and book in upon arrival at the centre. A standard disclaimer form with the Assumption of Risk and Release of Claims along with our site specific Rules and Regulations (R&R) of Participation before being allowed to undertake any of our Activities. You must therefore advise NDAC Ltd as soon as possible of any mistakes or amendments in our booking confirmation. NDAC shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked (if booked in advance) and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time for the Activity. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activity if they fail to make their allocated booking time and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances unless authorisation from NDAC staff has been agreed in the first instance.

Participant agreement, release & assumption of risk by NDAC Ltd for the use of the Atlantis Aqua Park

The Company The National Diving & Activity Centre (NDAC Ltd) who use the name “Atlantis Aqua Park” to run and operate the “Aqua Park” is a company registered in England and Wales (Company registration number (05439080) whose registered office is at Macario Lewin accountants, Bellamine House, 14 Upper Church Street, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, NP16 5EX, Wales. Any reference made by NDAC Ltd The Company is referring to the operation of the “Atlantis Aqua Park”.
The Company NDAC Ltd in consideration of its obligations and duty have a robust Comprehensive Water Safety Management Policy (CWSMP), Normal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Emergency Action Plans (EAP’s), Risk Management Planning (RMP’s), Procurement of SUP. Testing and Buoyancy Aids, Atlantic Crest Aquatic Safety Management Training Course (ACASMTC), Emergency First Aide & SUP Training the services for its water safety use Dr Cliff Nelson from Atlantic Crest Water Park.

The Company NDAC Ltd also comply with The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) This Approved Code of Practice (ACOPS’s) and associated guidance provides practical advice and sets out what we have to do to comply with the requirements of the Diving at Work Regulations 1997.

ACOPS for inland diving site

The Aqua Park has been specially designed and manufactured for NDAC Ltd by Airspace Solutions (Registration in England & Wales No: 5340047) Who’s Registered office address is at Unit 17 Tafarnaubach Ind Est, Tredegar, Blaenau, Gwent, WALES, NP22 3AA the Aqua Park also complied with BS EN 25649 Standards.

I hereby agree to release indemnify and discharge NDAC Ltd on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:

I acknowledge that participating in the Atlantis Aqua Park involves known and unanticipated risks both above and below the water at the centre that could result in physical or emotional injury access to the park is via some 400m of floating unstable and uneven floating pontoons (please refer to NDAC Site map). The aqua park itself has over 71Diffent Modules with 16 access points and 10 Exit points on the water (please refer to site map overview) in total there are five floating zones to choose from within each zone and has an increasing intensity, you can challenge not only yourself but also your friends and family to an experience like no other. You will need to be of a good standard of fitness to undertake such a physical activity and you will get tired

The Aqua Park is a very large (50m X 53m) its one of the UKs biggest on water attractions suitable for all ages above 8 year of age, If you are between the age of 8 – 11 years of age an adult MUST accompany you throughout your entire session on the aqua park (60 minutes) and you must remain supervised at all times a ratio of 1 adult to 3 children (1:3) is a rule of your participation. No NDAC water park instructor will supervise or oversee your children who are aged 11 or below. If you are 12- 14 years of age you will need an adult in the vicinity (within 50m of the water access point and on the pontoons who will oversee his/her booking. All participants must be over 1.3 meters in height and be able to swim 50m in open water. Your body weight cannot exceed 18 Stone in weight (120kg). There is no upper age limit and we would kindly request anyone with any pre or existing medical conditions seek professional advise prior to booking a session on the Aqua Park. If you are in any doubt do not participate on the Aqua Park. If you think or you are pregnant again we would advise you not to participate on the aqua park.

Age restrictions apply for reasons of Health & Safety & Insurance Purposes the Aqua Park will be open during term breaks & holidays and holidays throughout the year (April – Sept) (please check our website for further details on opening and closing times)

Overview

Atlantis Aqua ParkThe Aqua Park is over 53 meters long by 50m wide include over 71 different modular sections, 16 Access points and 10 exit points to navigate yourself around each modual will increase in intensity as you navigate yourself around the Aqua park – Just a reminder you may get wet very wet and tired, third parties who may or may not be participants to the Atlantis Aqua Park could also get wet. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the inflatable activity. In the unlikely event of an accident, or loss or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that NDAC Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities (except for death or personal injury caused by NDAC Ltd’s negligence) and I waive all and any claims against NDAC Ltd in this respect. The risks include, among other things: slips, falls, head injuries, being struck by equipment, stuck by other participants, forces of nature including extremes of weather, lightning, and rapid weather changes, exposure to sun, heat stroke, exposure to sun, strong wind, cold, waves, or other such conditions associated with water, temperatures and underwater risks ; the risk of collision with objects or other watercraft, crashing; the risk of boat capsizing and entrapment underwater and within the water park and surrounding areas, the risk of collision with objects or other watercraft, drowning; the risk of exposure to insect bites; travel in remote areas of the course; illness in remote areas; risks, arm, shoulder and or back injuries; my own physical condition; accidental drowning and the physical exertion associated with these activities. Furthermore, NDAC Ltd employees have difficult jobs to perform. They seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather or other environmental conditions. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions and the equipment being used might if used in correctly may malfunction.

I understand that any photograph, sound recording, motion picture or video taken of me under this assignment is for the sole purpose of collecting and or representing factual information in the interest of serving the good work of the Atlantis water park in education, public good.

I hereby assign to NDAC Ltd., all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to any and all such photographs, sound recordings, motion pictures, or videos, and I hereby irrevocably authorize NDAC Ltd., its officers, agents, and employees, without limitation, to reproduce, copy, sell, exhibit, publish, or distribute, in any medium now known or later developed, any and all such photographs, sound recordings, motion pictures, or videos in perpetuity for the purposes expressed above.

I further release and forever discharge NDAC Ltd., its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, sound recordings, motion pictures, or videos, including but not limited to any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of copyright. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily entered into this agreement.

I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation in the activity is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. Additionally, I agree to wear only PPE equipment approved personal flotation device (life jacket) and Wet suit throughout the participation of this event.

I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NDAC Ltd., from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of NDAC Ltd equipment, or facilities, including any such claims which includes negligent acts or omission of NDAC Ltd.

NDAC Ltd or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur legal fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.

I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the cost of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume all risks of any medical or physical condition(s) I may have. I assume full responsibility for any loss of personal property (camera, glasses, shoes, watches, etc.) and any costs associated with said loss.

By signing the waiver document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in the activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a claim against NDAC Ltd., on the basis of any claim from which I have released herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms.

For subjects under 15 years of age: I hereby certify that I am the parent or guardian of the person named above, and I do hereby give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on behalf of him or her.

 

Prices

Subject to any terms agreed to in writing between NDAC and you, our standard charges and fees shall be calculated at our current rates and full payment shall be due at the time of booking along with any specific offers. Any discounted and promotional codes must be given at the time of booking as prices of activities may vary throughout the year. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within 14 days of the purchase being made. We will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price. Vouchers and purchases from external voucher providers may vary, NDAC shall not be held responsible for purchases or the prices displayed on external websites and other gift experience companies. If you are in any doubt please call the centre to discuss your concerns in the first instance.

 

Weather

All of our Activities are weather dependent. Weather can be unpredictable and events do have to be cancelled occasionally. High winds, lightning and thunderstorms are our main concerns.

Cancelling an event can be a huge inconvenience for both participants and ourselves, however your safety is paramount and we would appreciate your understanding. If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled by NDAC at no extra charge to you for a later date. We will endeavour to reschedule it as soon as possible. No refunds will be given.

There can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions.

If poor weather is predicted, we recommend that you contact us before you depart for your activity. Please be aware weather conditions can change quickly and Activities can still be cancelled on the day or after the event has started, should the activity be deemed unsafe. Non attendance on a day will see you lose your Activity.

In the event of cancellation, NDAC will not be held liable for any costs of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred.

Please ensure you have provided us with all your contact details and include the mobile phone number you will have with you on the day.
If you have any questions about these areas, please speak to a member of staff prior to your activity or give us a call beforehand.

 

Availability

All Activities offered subject to the availability of dates, facilities and crew. Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible especially during peak times (weekends and school holidays). We suggest if you plan to book an Activity or purchase a voucher for a date at short notice, you should call us to ensure there is still availability before completing the transaction. You should not make any travel or accommodation arrangements in connection with the Activity until you have received your booking confirmation with a date and time on it from NDAC. Where specific elements of the Activity are not available due to mechanical breakdown, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the Activity at short notice.

 

Duration and Time of Activity

The time of your Activity is a guide time only, there is no guarantee that you will complete your Activity at the exact time given on your booking confirmation however we try to stick to these times as closely as possible. Please allow plenty of time on site and we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes. Where the duration of an activity is mentioned on our website and marketing material or by a member of our team this is an approximate guide to the length of time you should expect to be at the venue. The duration may vary slightly from time to time and is always number dependant. When you are taking part in the Activity as part of a group there may be some extra waiting time involved. You can just turn up sign the paperwork and join the cue we will operate this on a first come first serve basis.

 

Descriptions & Images

All descriptions contained on our website and in our marketing material are correct at the time of going to press. Descriptions may be updated throughout the year as the Activity may change. The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate Activities, are used as an indication only. NDAC shall not be responsible for the descriptions and images of external websites and gift experience companies.

 

Safety

We ask you to leave plenty of time to get to the venue. All of the Activities we offer require registration, safety briefings on your part, it is therefore essential that the participant has booked-in, otherwise they will not be able to participate in any Activity. No alcohol or drugs can be consumed before any of the Activities we offer. Our crew reserve the right to refuse an Activity to persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs. All Activities require the wearing of safety equipment such as wet suits and buoyancy aids, they is mandatory and there are no exceptions. If the equipment does not fit you correctly, you will not be able to take part in the activity. Other safety precautions will be advised to you upon arrival at site and also in your confirmation details. We employ professional instructors who reserve the right to end an Activity if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public. Refunds and Cancellations

If you change your mind about your purchase, NDAC will refund booked activities and vouchers bought direct from the NDAC Ltd within 14 days of purchase, minus a £5.00 administration fee, providing it is also 14 days or more before the date of the activity. After 14 days from booking and/or for less than 14 days before the stay, no refund will be given.

If you are unable to attend your booking, you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to change your booking, otherwise your booking will be lost with no replacement, voucher or refund provided.

Payments made by debit card or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired been lost or damaged payment shall be made by cheque. Any payment made by gift card or voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement voucher or gift certificate for the same value. Where a multiple form of payment has been used we reserve the right to refund or amend by credit, cheque, voucher of gift card.

Where gift vouchers have been bought from external providers and a booking has been made, no refunds will be given. Should you need to re-schedule a booking you have already made, a £5.00 administration charge will apply to move to another convenient date. Should you need to cancel a booking you have already made, no refunds will be given and voucher validity will be lost. For participants failing to turn up to an event, you will not be able to reschedule bookings, no refunds will be given and voucher validity will be lost.

Sometimes the NDAC may have to cancel activities for reasons, such as the weather, mechanical breakdown, or because minimum requirements are not met (such as a minimum group of people). We regret such eventualities, but in these circumstances NDAC is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled activity. An activity may be terminated without warning during the lifetime of vouchers and bookings, on these occasions an equivalent or alternative location or activity may be offered at our discretion. If this is not suitable, credit will be offered but no cash refunds will be made.

 

Booking Confirmations

NDAC bookings shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by NDAC (which shall include NDAC’s email confirmation of booking). These Booking Terms and Conditions incorporate NDAC’s Privacy Policy, and Assumption of Risk and Release of Claims and Rules of Participation. You and each member of your party will be required to sign the Assumption of Risk and Release of Claims and Rules of Participation before being allowed to undertake the Activity. You will also advise NDAC as soon as possible of any mistake in our booking confirmation. Confirmations can be delivered by email to the email address entered by the person making the booking. Be aware that some email accounts may categorise our email confirmations as unwanted or ‘spam’ email. To avoid this please add our email address to your address book. NDAC is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an email voucher being blocked by web filters or firewalls. If the recipient does not receive the email voucher, please contact us immediately to send vouchers to an alternative email address.

 

Gift Vouchers

Validity & Extensions.

Each voucher will show a unique code, which must be quoted when dealing with NDAC and will be used to identify your booking and proof of purchase. Vouchers and the associated references must be kept safely and securely and presented to NDAC on the day of your Activity. Please check your expiry date, you must book and complete your activity prior to the expiry date on your voucher. Failure to produce a valid voucher on the day of your experience means that full payment will be required to cover the cost of the activity and you’ll only be able to take part in the activity if time slots are available. This payment will be refunded on receipt of a valid voucher in the post alongside a completed deposit refund form within 28 days. We reserve the right to refuse participants who arrive without a valid voucher. NDAC will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date unless you have written prior agreement from NDAC or an external provider (the validity date is clearly stated on the voucher).

Covid-19

If you have been unable to book before the voucher’s expiry date due to COVID 19, then upon contacting NDAC, we will extend the validity of the voucher for another 6 months providing you contact us prior to the expiry date on the voucher. This only applies to customers with a NDAC voucher with a voucher code prefix of NDAC.

A voucher can only be extended for 6 months once. Once a voucher has been extended it cannot be refunded. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still inside their expiry date.

NDAC strongly recommends that all Activities are booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

Voucher Bookings Individual or Small Group Bookings.

All vouchers must be booked in online at www.ndac.co.uk. Do not arrive at the venue expecting to redeem your gift voucher without first booking your activity on the NDAC website. NDAC Ltd will not be held liable for your costs incurred if you do not follow the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions. Bookings are not finalised until you have received written confirmation from The National Diving & Activity Centre.

 

Corporate & Group Bookings

Corporate & Group Bookings are treated the same as individuals unless a separate Specific Event Agreement (SEA) is in place, in this instance please consult your contract for information. In the event your booking is made via NDAC’s Booking Contract, these Booking Terms & Conditions shall be subject to any special terms set out in the Group Booking Contract.

 

Insurance

The very nature of some of the Activities that we promote means that they are dangerous. Prior to ordering or participating in any experience you should be aware of the risks involved. NDAC can provide further information via our insurance company Gravity Risk Services. We also hold a valid and in date public liability insurance policy to undertake all our activities and this is always available to view on site if you wish to see it please ask a member of staff. A copy is also displayed in the NDAC Staff room and is available anytime to view.

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes are issued subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. NDAC reserves the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes apply to both online, individuals and or groups who just turn up who wish to participate.

 

Venue Liability

NDAC except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to person arising from the booking of or participation in the activity. NDAC shall not be responsible for the actions and quality of external providers or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst you are attending one of our Activities. By participating in an Activity with us you acknowledge that certain factors are beyond the control of NDAC and agree that neither NDAC shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any activity for reasons beyond its reasonable control including for weather-related reasons, mechanical failure or otherwise. In the event of mechanical machinery break down you should expect reasonable substitutions without notice. The total liability of NDAC for any claim whatsoever in connection with the Activity or voucher or any course or experience shall be limited to the price paid for the voucher or booking.

 

Timings & Late Arrivals

We urge you to treat a trip to your activity as you would catching a flight or train. This is because every participant has a scheduled activity time. If you are late we will endeavour to put you through your activity but this will be subject to conditions on the day. NDAC shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you and your party’s participation commence at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

 

Personal Belongings

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of their personal belongings following their experience. NDAC has no liability to compensate or offer replacements for items lost at one of our Activities.

 

Spectators

Spectators are more than welcome to watch you participate in your selected Activity. When booking your date please check our website for details. Spectators are required to comply with our locations terms, conditions and expectations of conduct. Any spectators deemed under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on site.

 

Behaviour

Please respect our neighbours and show consideration for local residents whilst taking part in, waiting for, or spectating activities at the National Diving & Activity Centre.

 

Merchandise

All merchandise is offered subject to the availability of equipment facilities and crew and there can be no guarantee that merchandise will be available on the day of your activity. All merchandise is provided at an additional charge and is in no way linked to the price of your experience. Prices of merchandise may vary throughout the year. Where specific elements are not available, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel merchandise at short notice.

By participating in an Activity with us you acknowledge that certain factors of merchandise are beyond the control of NDAC and agree that neither NDAC nor any associated Partner shall be liable should certain equipment associated with merchandise such as cameras not are working at the time of your experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the merchandise received, you can return any of them to us for an exchange or refund within fourteen days of purchase. We make no charge for returns. Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging. All returns must have a completed returns form.

 

Photographic and video recording equipment

The use of devices such as cameras, video cameras or mobile phones whilst descending the zip wire is forbidden due to divers operating in the water throughout the day and night. Our insurance only allows authorised head and arm mounted equipment that has been installed and certified by NDAC ltd.

 

CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout the site 24 hours a day and monitored for the purposes of crime prevention and public safety. This scheme is controlled by the National Diving & Activity Centre. For further information please contact us.
