upon recent discussions, Darren & Kaye are excited and pleased
to announce from the 1st October 08 we will be merging our business
with Neptune Diving Ltd (from Gloucester) run by Terry Birtles who
many of you will know and love.
Neptune
Diving will close the premises in Gloucester and relocate all its
services to NDAC at Chepstow. The IDAS approved testing station
will be set up next door to the shop and will be able to offer a
faster turn around for servicing on your dive equipment, whether
you are a sports diver or a more technically minded diver.
This merge will provide us with some new and
exciting business opportunities and help us grow and expand the
diving operations and services that we currently provide. For example
having a ripped seal will no longer force you to abandon your dive
plan, or maybe you just want a quicker turn around on your equipment
servicing?
By having a one-stop shop on site with our
own in house servicing and testing station, all your servicing needs
can be met much more efficiently. The new facility will be up and
running by 01st October, so don’t forget that regulator or
cylinder that you’ve been meaning to get tested, bring it with
you when you visit and it can be ready to leave when you do, whether
this is the same day or at the end of a great weekends diving.
We understand that there is always room for improvement and our
intention is to be the UK’s leading Inland Dive site - but
judging by your entry levels this year, we are getting there. A
detailed planning application is currently pending with the District
Council for further developments and we will keep you updated via
the website and e-shotlines on the progress we are making.
