Certification awarded to National Diving & Activity Centre
We have recently received certification
for our NDAC Servicing Centre from IDEST and have been given the
green light to continue expanding our servicing facilities at the
NDAC.
IDEST inspected the premises and considered
us to be equipped for inspecting and testing breathing gas and diving
cylinders to the following:
BS EN 1802:2002 (aluminium alloys)
BS EN 1968:2002 (steel)
and maintain cylinder valves to
BS EN 14189:2003
for the following valve thread types:-
Parallel G3/4in G5/8in M25
Taper 0.715in

Regular servicing of your equipment is very important to ensure
safe, reliable performance and to ensure your expensive kit has
a long life. Regulators should be serviced at regular intervals
depending on time and the amount of use they have. Cylinders have
test dates and are subject to regulations, if your cylinder is out
of date or in poor condition most air fill stations will refuse
to fill it.
